Seasoned Project Manager with experience delivering a range of digital and communications campaigns
with a focus on technical delivery. Always learning, adaptable and wholly consumed by my deliverables.
My key skills and responsibilities are broadly outlined below:

Digital Project Management
Agile and waterfall principles delivering projects typically ranging from 8 weeks – 6 months timelines.
End to end delivery encompassing gathering user requirements, functional specification development,
multiple stakeholder management with internal and external teams, UX development, creative,
estimation, user testing, reviews and onsite deployment.

Producer/Project Management
Digital, live event and exhibition production from pitch, project development including creative content
development, stakeholder management, live event production, onsite delivery through to project


Employment history

January 2015 – June 2017
Head of Development / Digital Project Manager
Engage Works, London, Creative Technology Agency
Hands on technical project delivery coupled with department responsibility.
Lead a team of 4 full time developers, responsible for recruitment, appraisals, and resource planning
including freelance developers. Responsibilities also include developing briefs, quoting, legacy
application support and digital delivery.
Key achievements include:
➔ Recruited 4 new team members, and turning a group of individuals into a team.
➔ Adopted Continuous Integration and testing protocols.
➔ Product owner for Co.create, Engage’s collaboration software with responsibility for
development planning, feature roadmap, release programs, sales and support
➔ Oversaw the wholesale change of development practices and direction, which included rewriting
of legacy projects, and as a result transformed digital output from a liability to a key strength of
the organisation.


November 2013 – December 2014
Digital Producer
Engage Works, London, Creative Technology Agency
Digital delivery for worldwide clients using in-house/freelance developers. Delivering presentation
software, Marketing suite sales tools, IOS apps, collaboration tools, AR and microsites.
Software projects delivered for client from SAP, KPMG, EY, Capgemini, Derwent, British Land,
Brookfield, and Jaguar.

Focussed initially on healthcare clients, followed by a move to working with Ricoh and HSBC in digital,
events and exhibitions.
Was accountable for the running of projects ensuring all aspects were delivered to budget, margin, and
ensured ISO process was followed.


June 2009 – October 2010
Senior Project Manager
Photosound, Hertfordshire, Medical Communications Agency
Project managed medical congress campaigns for clients including Astellas, Bayer and Novo Nordisk.
Projects encompassed exhibition stands, symposiums, print and digital media delivered as part of
touring congress kits across 5 continents. Therapy areas included urology, dermatology, and

Thrown in the deep end of project management at GPJ, delivered exhibits and events to a high creative standard.
Our objective was to create strategic solutions to our clients’ requirements to in effect, see beyond the brief that we were given in order to
deliver results. My largest projects included delivery of the Hyundai motor show tour for 4 seasons – 5
installs per year along with the associated press day activities, and the first VMware V-Forum in
Melbourne and Sydney.
